As part of the ARSINOE project, we initiated a series of Open Tenders for Innovation to showcase cutting-edge climate adaptation solutions from all over Europe. The objective is to pinpoint promising or well-established innovations that can enhance the climate resilience of our designated regions. Successful applicants may receive up to EUR 50,000 for demonstration projects in our case studies.
After a successful first edition, ARSINOE launched a second Open Tenders for Innovations aiming at hearing from innovative solutions that can help European regions enhance their resilience between November 2023 and January 2024.
This edition made great noise; a total of 82 innovators applied. After a careful evaluation of the applications, 20 innovators were selected to implement their solution across our 7 case studies dispatched around 12 locations in Europe.
