Registration is now open for the 9th European Urban Resilience Forum (EURESFO), taking place in Athens, Greece on 14 and 15 September 2022.
This flagship ICLEI Europe event invites local and regional governments seeking to shape a climate-resilient future to take part in the discussion and to meet up this September in Athens (Venue: Athens Technopolis).
ARSINOE project will be featured in the event’s programme event, engaging in plenary discussions and a 3-hour workshop.
The event will keep its informative, open and interactive character, maintaining its ‘PowerPoint free’ format. Participants are encouraged to share experiences and points of view on a variety of topics that will explore challenges in urban resilience planning and implementation.
Some topics that will be highlighted this year are: coastal resilience, tackling heat waves and wildfires, disaster risk reduction for safer and healthier communities, regional pathways towards resilience transformation, nature-based solutions for equitable development and many more.
