In a recent interview with Dr Ebun Akinsete (PhD), Principle Investigator at the Athena Research and Innovation Center, she discussed the importance of stakeholder engagement and the Systems Innovation Approach (SIA) framework in securing the continuation of the ARSINOE project’s legacy.
Dr Ebun Akinsete highlights the significance of stakeholder engagement in the success of such projects, stating that “engaging stakeholders is key to ensuring that their interests and concerns are taken into account in the project design, implementation, and evaluation.” She further explains that effective stakeholder engagement can help build trust, foster collaboration, and promote the ownership of project outcomes by all stakeholders.
