Early October 2023, the ARSINOE partners meet in Utrecht, Netherlands in order to attend the project’s General Assembly. In addition, a full day was dedicated to a joint event with the sister project IMPETUS to share experiences and create synergies.
On the first day, October 10th, the ARSINOE consortium partners had the opportunity to sit together and attend various sessions on topics such as exploitation, stakeholders’ engagement or the implementation and support systems of innovations. This General Assembly marked the halfway point of the project, it was a great opportunity to discuss some of the latest advancement and think collectively about the future of the project.
The second day (Oct 11th), both IMPETUS and ARSINOE projects came together for a joint event. It featured more than 70 partners from more than 16 locations across Europe! Together, the sister projects aligned their effort to maximise the impact of both projects and shared insights on climate adaptation pathways in order to create stronger synergies! Heat, Water Energy Food Ecosystems, flooding, water quality and ground water, agriculture and biodiversity, virtual reality experiments and digital twins , the challenges and opportunities for stakeholder engagement… these are some of many examples of cross cutting topics relevant to both ARSINOE and IMPETUS project on which partners worked together during parallel breakout sessions.
